As tensions rise between Israel and Iran, France is set to assist its citizens in leaving both countries safely. French Foreign Minister Jean-Noel Barrot announced plans for a convoy by week's end to transport French nationals from Iran to either Turkey or Armenia, where airports are accessible.
For those in Israel, French citizens will have access to buses departing from the Jordanian border starting Friday morning. A charter flight from Amman is arranged to accommodate individuals in urgent situations or those considered vulnerable, ensuring their safe passage out of the region.
Meanwhile, Barrot reaffirmed France's dedication to organizing a conference aimed at promoting a two-state solution between Israel and the Palestinians. Despite a recent postponement, France remains committed to facilitating dialogue and peace in the region.
