Geopolitical tensions, particularly wars in the Middle East, are significantly affecting the Indian workplace, with a new report indicating that 63% of companies are either freezing hiring processes or downsizing their teams.

The report, released by staffing solutions provider Genius Consultants, reveals a notable shift towards contract-based or freelance roles, as 15% of companies make adjustments amid escalating tensions.
