In a strategic leadership overhaul, Bajaj Consumer Care Ltd has appointed Naveen Pandey as its new Managing Director. The announcement comes as current MD Jaideep Nandi's five-year term is set to conclude on June 30, according to the company's latest regulatory filing.
Naveen Pandey's appointment, effective from July 1, 2025, has been recommended by the Nomination, Remuneration and Corporate Governance Committee and awaits approval at the upcoming 19th Annual General Meeting.
In addition to this significant appointment, Bajaj Consumer Care has named Aakash Gupta as the new Head-Finance, following the resignation of Richard D'Souza, who is leaving the position to explore opportunities outside the organization.
