Milind Soman Champions Fitness in Epic 558-Kilometer Run from Mumbai to Goa

In an impressive feat of endurance, supermodel and fitness icon Milind Soman has successfully concluded the 5th edition of The Fit Indian Run, a daunting journey spanning 558 kilometers from Mumbai to Goa. The event, which mimics a Half Ironman, saw Soman participate in 90 kilometers of cycling and 21 kilometers of running each day for five days.
The run commenced on June 26, 2025, traversing the picturesque yet challenging Konkan coast. Soman passed through various towns including Pen, Kolad, and Ratnagiri, before culminating in Goa. Throughout the journey, he championed a message of fitness, mental resilience, and unity, urging individuals to embrace wellness and discipline.
The initiative was supported by BetterAlt, The Health Factory, and other partners, emphasizing the importance of holistic wellness.
