Pioneering Academic Summit in Dubai Fosters Global Young Leaders

In a groundbreaking educational endeavour, the Academic Summit for Young Leaders (ASYL) 2025 unfolded at Amity University Dubai. Spearheaded by Dr Amita Chauhan of the Amity Group of Schools, the event served as a platform for young scholars to explore academia beyond traditional boundaries.
The summit, held from June 2-6, 2025, featured esteemed Oxford University alumni who guided 20 students from various countries including India, the UAE, and the UK. The focus was on three pressing disciplines: Artificial Intelligence, Economics, and Psychology, with a special emphasis on mental health and wellbeing. Participants engaged in university-style lectures and research presentations.
Highlighting the event's success, the summit concluded with a ceremony honoring excellence in each discipline. Notable winners included Adhiraj Chauhan and Vidhushi Mathur in Artificial Intelligence, and Angela Lin for her accomplishments in Psychology. The summit underscored a commitment to developing globally-aware young leaders.
