A devastating accident claimed the lives of a family of three on the Jaipur-Ajmer highway, as a speeding trailer struck their motorcycle. The victims include Deepak Verma, 34, his wife Maya, 30, and their young son Dakshit, 4. The accident occurred near the Dahmi Balaji flyover in Jaipur's Bagru area.
The tragic incident unfolded while the family was on their way back home to Raja Park, following a visit to Maya's parental residence in Boraj, Bagru. Witnesses report that the trailer collided with the motorcycle from the side, causing the family to fall and subsequently be run over by the vehicle, resulting in immediate fatalities.
Deepak operated a dry-cleaning business in Gurunanakpura, where he resided with his extended family. The couple, married since 2020, shared their lives with their only child, Dakshit. Authorities have since seized the trailer and launched a thorough investigation to determine the circumstances surrounding the collision.
