In a strategic move to enhance investor facilitation, the Uttar Pradesh government has launched a new Human Resource Management System (HRMS) portal. Spearheaded by Industrial Development Minister Nand Gopal Gupta, this initiative aims to digitize key administrative functions for Udyami Mitras, providing real-time access and transparency.
The HRMS portal, integrated with the 'Nivesh Sarathi' platform, supports tasks such as attendance, payroll, and employee record maintenance. It's a critical step forward in automating HR processes, transitioning from cumbersome manual systems to more streamlined, digital workflows.
Minister Gupta emphasized the portal's role in reinforcing the state's investor-friendly framework, noting its capacity to strengthen governance and speed up investor support.
