Ahmedabad-based IFL Enterprises has announced a substantial revenue increase in its trading operations, more than doubling its figures to Rs 33.41 crore for Q1 2025-26. This marks a significant rise from the Rs 15.29 crore reported in the same quarter of the previous year, as disclosed in a BSE filing.
The company also posted a consolidated net profit of Rs 5.15 crore, a notable improvement from Rs 0.03 crore in the previous period. Director Meet Chhatrala emphasized the company's commitment to expanding its trading verticals and maintaining a robust financial structure to ensure continued growth.
In a strategic move, IFL Enterprises plans to diversify into organic waste management, recycling, and green energy powerplant contracting. The board will review a proposal on August 1, 2025, regarding Singapore-based Unique Global Managed Services acquiring up to 12 percent equity via the Strategic Investment Route.
