In a bold move to boost Alberta's burgeoning tech ecosystem, Prodapt, a global frontrunner in telecom-native services, and artificial intelligence-driven transformation, has inked a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Invest Alberta. The agreement aims to propel economic initiatives exceeding $100 million within five years.
Rick Christiaanse, CEO of Invest Alberta, emphasized the significance of this collaboration, noting it as a stride towards establishing Alberta as a prominent hub for AI and tech investments. He highlighted Prodapt's expansion plans, which include a delivery center focused on digital transformation and collaborations with local universities to develop AI consulting services.
Prodapt's CEO, Manish Vyas, remarked that the expansion is a commitment to fostering partnerships within Alberta's innovative ecosystem. The venture will leverage the region's university networks and government policies to co-create AI solutions that could benefit Canadian and international markets. This initiative aligns with Alberta's investment strategy in technology and clean energy sectors.
