This announcement came in response to inquiries from MPs regarding the availability and condition of 'Shishu Aahar Kaksh,' or baby-feeding rooms, across the country. The minister emphasized the ongoing effort to provide these facilities, citing needs based on passenger volume and budget considerations.
Ensuring a safe and clean environment for mothers and infants is paramount, Vaishnaw stated. Regular inspections are conducted, and clear signage is provided to guide passengers to these rooms.
