Highlander and Tokyo Talkies, popular Indian fashion brands, have successfully entered the Middle Eastern market by opening three flagship stores in the UAE. This significant expansion was made possible through a strategic partnership with Rapheal Lifestyle, emphasizing the brands' ambition to broaden their international presence.
Sanju Samson, a renowned Indian cricketer, inaugurated the stores located at BurJuman Mall in Dubai, and Sahara Centre and Mega Mall in Sharjah on July 30, 2025. Offering an affordable and youth-centric fashion experience, these stores cater to fashion-forward customers. The venture also marks a significant milestone for Brand Studio Lifestyle, the parent company of both brands.
With plans to open seven more stores by March 2026, the expansion aligns with a broader omnichannel strategy. In India, the company aims to double its store count to 75 and expand through 600 Shop-in-Shop formats. As the Middle East fashion market grows, Highlander and Tokyo Talkies are poised to make a mark with their phygital approach.
