Industrial engineering giant, John Cockerill India, has announced the appointment of Frederic Martin as its new Managing Director, effective August 1, 2025.
Martin, who will be relocating to India from Belgium, succeeds Michael Kotas, who will assist in the transition until the end of August. The decision, finalized in the company's board meeting on July 29, aims to leverage Martin's extensive expertise spanning over 35 years in the ferrous and non-ferrous metal sectors.
Martin's journey with John Cockerill began in 2005, and he has held positions such as General Manager of CMI Thermline and Vice President Operations. His strategic leadership is expected to further cement the firm's stronghold in the Indian market.
