Tragic Road Accident Claims Five Lives in Mainpuri
Five people, including two children, died in a car accident after their vehicle collided with a truck in Mainpuri. The victims were returning from a birthday party when the car lost control. A young girl, Aradhya, was critically injured and is receiving treatment.

A tragic road accident in Mainpuri claimed the lives of five individuals, including two children, when their speeding car collided with a truck.
According to Mainpuri SP Ganesh Prasad Saha, the victims were residents of Mainpuri district, traveling back from a birthday party in Agra to Chhibramau in Kannauj district. The accident occurred around 12:40 pm near Nagla Taal in the Bewar police station area, where the car lost control, rammed into a divider, and subsequently collided with a truck amidst heavy traffic.
Among the deceased were the driver, Deepak Chauhan (35), his wife Puja (33), their daughter Ashi (8), niece Ani (7), and sister Sujat (30). A young girl named Aradhya (11) survived but sustained critical injuries and is undergoing treatment at the UP University of Medical Sciences in Saifai, Etawah district. The police have sent the bodies for autopsy.
