On Friday, ITC Ltd announced a consolidated profit of Rs 5,343.41 crore for the June quarter, marking an increase from the previous year's Rs 5,176.99 crore. The company's revenue from operations soared to Rs 23,129.35 crore during this period, a significant rise compared to Rs 19,350.08 crore in the corresponding quarter last year.

The Kolkata-based conglomerate's recent acquisition of Sresta Natural Bioproducts, which owns 24 Mantra Organic, significantly impacted these results. As the acquisition took effect on June 13, 2025, the figures are not directly comparable with past quarters, ITC clarified in its statement.

ITC's impressive performance was bolstered by strong contributions from its subsidiaries such as ITC Infotech India and Surya Nepal. Notably, the company's FMCG revenue, including cigarettes, reached Rs 15,354.30 crore, complemented by significant gains in its agri and IT services sectors.
