On Saturday, Union Road Transport Minister Nitin Gadkari took a major step towards enhancing infrastructure by laying the foundation for 27 road projects and inaugurating two National Highway projects in Andhra Pradesh, valued at Rs 5,233 crore.

Joined by Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu, Gadkari emphasized the four pillars crucial for development: water, power, transportation, and communication, highlighting the vital role roads play in achieving prosperity.

The inaugurated projects include the modernization of the Madanapalle - Pileru stretch into a four-lane corridor and upgrading a section from Kurnool to Mandlem, linking Andhra Pradesh more closely with neighboring states.
