In a strategic move to enhance telecom capabilities, Xtelify, a subsidiary of Bharti Airtel, has unveiled the 'Airtel Cloud'. This cloud platform is engineered to manage an impressive 140 crore transactions per minute, catering both to Airtel's internal operations in India and external business demands nationwide.
Operating from cutting-edge, sustainable data centers, Airtel Cloud incorporates next-generation AI-based provisioning, overseen by certified cloud experts. The platform offers Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS), and sophisticated connectivity solutions, ensuring secure migration, easy scalability, reduced costs, and freedom from vendor restrictions, according to the company's statement.
Moreover, Xtelify announced three international partnerships to expand its AI-driven platform's reach. In collaboration with Singtel, the 'Xtelify Work' platform will empower Singapore's field teams with AI-based tools, enhancing productivity and task management. Concurrently, Globe Telecom in the Philippines will deploy 'Xtelify Serve', elevating customer service operations using comprehensive data insights. Adding another feather to its cap, Xtelify's software solutions will enhance Airtel Africa's operational efficiency by strategically deploying its Data Engine and Work platforms across a vast network.
