Adani Ports Sees Profit Surge in June Quarter

Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone Ltd (APSEZ) announced a significant fiscal boost with its consolidated net profit rising by 6.54% to Rs 3,310.60 crore for the June quarter.
According to a regulatory filing, the maritime giant's profit increase largely stemmed from higher income, as total earnings climbed to Rs 9,422.18 crore, compared to Rs 8,054.18 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous year.
The company's expenses also saw an upward trend, escalating to Rs 5,731.88 crore from Rs 4,238.94 crore within the same timeframe.
