The state-owned Housing and Urban Development Corporation Ltd (HUDCO) has announced a significant 13 percent rise in its consolidated net profit, totaling Rs 630.23 crore for the first fiscal quarter.

In comparison, the net profit stood at Rs 557.75 crore during the same period last year. Its total income surged to Rs 2,945.47 crore compared to Rs 2,197.19 crore in the previous year's corresponding quarter.

Marking its financial strength, HUDCO declared a first interim dividend of Rs 1.15 per equity share for the fiscal year 2025-26. The corporation remains a leader in techno-financing within the housing and infrastructure development sectors.
