Sukhraj Nahar has been appointed as the president of CREDAI's Maharashtra chapter, a major development for the real estate sector. As the 18th President set to serve from 2025 to 2027, Nahar is tasked with steering the organization, which boasts a membership of over 2,200 developers in Mumbai's Metropolitan Region.

In addition to Nahar's appointment, CREDAI-MCHI announced its new management committee members, signifying a strategic move for the group. Bandish Ajmera will serve as President Elect, with Rushi Mehta as Secretary and Nikunj Sanghavi taking on the role of Treasurer.

CREDAI-MCHI continues to be a pivotal body for real estate developers, and under Nahar's leadership, it is expected to further influence policies and development in the region. This leadership shift is seen as a significant step towards enhancing collaboration and growth within the industry.
