Tragic Highway Collision Claims Seven Lives in Gujarat

A devastating accident occurred on a highway in Gujarat's Surendranagar district, claiming the lives of seven individuals traveling in a car, according to local authorities.

The tragic incident happened on Sunday afternoon when the car collided with an SUV near Dedadara village. The collision left the car engulfed in flames, resulting in all passengers being charred to death, while three individuals in the SUV sustained only minor injuries, said PB Jadeja, inspector at Vadhvan police station.

The accident led to a significant traffic jam on the highway, prompting local fire brigade teams to rush to the scene to conduct rescue operations and manage the situation.
