Dubai's Satguru Travel Group has named Rakesh Tiwari as its global sales director. Tiwari, previously a vice president at Go First, is set to bring his expertise to the global travel sector.

Tasked with overseeing operations across 78 countries, Tiwari's new role will focus heavily on expanding the company's presence in Africa. His extensive background in commercial operations is expected to play a pivotal role in Satguru's strategic growth.

Before joining Satguru, Tiwari was the head of sales and marketing at Star Air, enhancing his impressive credentials in the travel industry.
