During their stay, the board visited key manufacturing facilities, highlighting the ongoing collaboration with Tata Advanced Systems Ltd in Hyderabad and Dynamatic Technologies in Bengaluru. Meetings with Civil Aviation Minister K Rammohan Naidu and Commerce Minister Piyush Goyal focused on investment strategies.
A key announcement was the establishment of a joint venture training facility with Air India, aiming to train pilots for A320 and A350 aircraft. This initiative aligns with Airbus's commitment to expanding its industrial footprint in India, already sourcing over USD 1.4 billion in components annually.
