Celebrating its fourth anniversary, the PM Gati Shakti initiative has earned commendation from Union Minister Piyush Goyal, who hailed it as a transformative force in India's infrastructure planning. He noted that this approach has resulted in increased speed, synergy, and sustainability in project execution, significantly contributing to the nation's long-term infrastructure and economic goals.

The PM Gati Shakti National Master Plan, launched in October 2021, employs a 'whole of government' methodology, facilitating cooperative federalism to address critical infrastructure gaps. With substantial progress reported, including the integration of multiple data layers and planning tools, the initiative continues to drive India's journey toward becoming a Viksit Bharat.
