Tragic Road Mishaps: Lives Lost in Bokaro and Hazaribag
In Jharkhand's Bokaro and Hazaribag districts, three people were killed and nine injured in two separate road accidents. A collision on NH-23 killed two and injured six. Another accident in Hazaribag left one dead and three injured when a car fell into a gorge.

In tragic incidents on Wednesday evening, Jharkhand saw several casualties in two separate road accidents. In Bokaro district, a deadly collision between a truck and a tanker on NH-23 resulted in two fatalities and six serious injuries, according to police sources.
The accident, occurring near the Chargi Valley area, also claimed the life of an auto rickshaw driver and injured five others, who were rushed to the Peterwar Community Health Centre. Officer-in-Charge Raju Munda reported the truck driver was trapped and died on-site.
Meanwhile, a car accident in Hazaribag's Danua Valley led to the death of one and three injuries as the vehicle fell into a gorge. Police are working to identify the victims while the severely injured are being treated at the local health center.
