Expansion Plans for Nanded Airport Unveiled

District guardian minister Atul Save has issued instructions for a thorough survey and the submission of a comprehensive proposal for the expansion of Nanded Airport in central Maharashtra.
The directive came during a review meeting at the District Collector's office, highlighting the need for improved infrastructure and passenger amenities. Currently, the airport operates flights to seven destinations.
Local MP Ashok Chavan emphasized the importance of better passenger facilities, enhanced security, and taxi services. A proposal is to be submitted to the Maharashtra Airport Development Company promptly.
