Four people lost their lives when a river cruise boat with 29 passengers capsized amid a sudden storm in the Bargi dam reservoir in Jabalpur district. Authorities are conducting extensive search and rescue operations for ten missing tourists.
The State Disaster Response Force, along with local officials, is actively involved in the ongoing rescue efforts. As the operation continues, Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Mohan Yadav has announced Rs 4 lakh compensation for each victim's family.
