Royal Enfield Revved Up: Sales Surge with Electric Mobility Launch
Royal Enfield, a part of Eicher Motors, reported a 31% rise in total sales in April 2026, driven by robust domestic demand and the launch of the electric Flying Flea C6. Although exports decreased by 14%, the company is optimistic about maintaining its growth trajectory with new products and initiatives.
In a remarkable display of growth, Royal Enfield announced a 31% increase in its total sales for April 2026, reaching 1,13,164 units compared to 86,559 units in April 2025. The company's domestic sales surged by 37% to 1,04,129 units.
However, the company faced challenges in its export sector, experiencing a 14% drop in sales to 9,035 units. Despite this, Royal Enfield marked April as a special month with the debut of its electric motorcycle, the Flying Flea C6, which has been well-received.
CEO B Govindarajan expressed confidence in maintaining the momentum, highlighting the company's ongoing new product pipeline and brand initiatives aimed at sustaining growth throughout the year.
