The minister highlighted that the nation's infrastructure achievements are not just a product of technology, but primarily the effort and devotion of its vast labor force. He asserted that these workers, with their sheer perseverance, have literally built the country with their blood and sweat.

Gadkari advocated for enhanced skills training for the youth and current labor force, underscoring its importance in sustaining and accelerating the country's development trajectory.
