Record-Breaking Revenue and Profit: A Triumphal Year for the Company
The Company achieved its highest-ever revenue, EBITDA, and PAT in Q4 FY26, showcasing robust growth and strong margin expansion. With a 35% revenue increase and improved product mix, it has outlined ambitious growth goals for FY27, aiming for significant capacity expansion to meet rising demand in the steel sector.
In a remarkable financial feat, the Company reported its highest-ever quarterly revenue of ₹40.7 crore for Q4 FY26, marking a 35% increase year-on-year (YoY). The company's EBITDA surged by an impressive 75% YoY to ₹11.4 crore, while its PAT skyrocketed by 81% YoY to ₹8.1 crore, making this the most profitable quarter in its history.
Throughout FY26, the Company maintained its exceptional performance across all financial metrics. Annual revenue climbed 39% YoY to reach ₹135.3 crore, with EBITDA jumping 52% YoY to ₹32.0 crore. The PAT for the year also rose significantly by 60% YoY to ₹23.0 crore. Key factors driving this profitability include margin expansion through an improved product mix and rigorous cost optimisation strategies.
With a bold outlook for FY27, the Company has set ambitious revenue targets between ₹250 and ₹300 crore. It expects Q1 FY27 revenue to fall between ₹52 and ₹55 crore, underpinned by ongoing capacity expansions and growing demand from the steel industry. By the end of Q1, or early Q2, the Company aims to achieve a production capacity of 574,000 MTPA, aligning its strategic efforts to meet market demands and maintain its growth trajectory.
