CG Power's Revenue Boost Sparks Profit Surge

CG Power and Industrial Solutions Ltd announced a significant 32% rise in consolidated net profit for the March quarter, reaching Rs 362 crore, mainly attributed to increased revenues. This is a substantial jump from Rs 274 crore reported in the same period last year, as noted in their press statement.
The company's sales for the quarter climbed to Rs 3,442 crore, compared to Rs 2,753 crore in the previous year. The order intake for the quarter was an impressive Rs 5,335 crore, showing a 39% year-on-year growth. By the end of March 2026, their unexecuted order backlog had surged by 61% year-on-year, standing at Rs 17,107 crore.
Further, CG Power's order intake for FY26 was Rs 19,616 crore, a 33% increase from the prior fiscal year. The fiscal year saw consolidated net profit rise to Rs 1,197 crore from Rs 973 crore in FY25, with sales jumping to Rs 12,418 crore from Rs 9,909 crore. These results include performances from subsidiaries in Europe and India.
