WhiteBoard Advisory & Management (WB), in collaboration with Chennai-based real estate developer Casagrand, has unveiled a Rs 500-crore fund intended to fuel growth in the residential real estate sector across major Indian markets.
The newly launched Millenia WB Yield Fund focuses its investments on residential ventures in Chennai, Bengaluru, and Hyderabad, with selective opportunities in additional key markets. This initiative is designed to offer yield-based returns, underpinned by WB's extensive investment experience and Casagrand's proven track record in project execution and sales.
The fund has already allocated Rs 41 crore to its inaugural investment, a premium villa project situated in South Hyderabad, an area experiencing a surge in demand for upscale housing. Aiming for 4-5 investments by 2026, WB seeks to support projects with robust fundamentals and clear sales visibility.
