Inclusive Job Fair for PwDs Set to Revolutionize Opportunities in Karnataka

An unprecedented job fair catering exclusively to Persons with Disabilities (PwDs) in Karnataka is set to occur this August at the Kanteerava Stadium. This announcement came from the state's Minister for Skill Development, Sharana Prakash R Patil, during the launch event of the pioneering Adidvara app.
The Adidvara app offers an inclusive employment and skilling platform, integrating AI-powered technology to match candidates with disabilities to pertinent job roles. This initiative aims to dismantle barriers to employment for PwDs by directly aligning their skills, interests, and requirements with suitable job openings.
Scheduled to coincide with the fair, the event is anticipated to welcome over 3,000 job-seeking PwDs and will span across various sectors like IT, retail, and hospitality. Employers will directly engage with potential candidates, promoting a commitment to building a diverse and inclusive workforce in Karnataka.
