Telecom operator Bharti Hexacom, a part of Bharti Airtel, announced a 4.6% decline in profit for the March quarter, down to Rs 446.7 crore. The company's earnings were impacted by charges related to government levies.

The net profit impact for this quarter stood at Rs 19.1 crore, despite partially offsetting these with a Rs 5.5-crore tax benefit. However, the operator's revenue from operations marked a 5.4% increase to Rs 2,413.7 crore.

Throughout the fiscal year 2025-26, Bharti Hexacom saw profits rise by 16% due to increased mobile data traffic and a strengthened customer base, despite quarterly challenges.
