A devastating accident claimed the lives of two men on Jalaun-Auraiya Road late Friday night. A Baleno car, reportedly speeding, lost control and collided with a roadside tree before plunging into a ditch.
According to the police, the crash—occurring near the Kanhaiyalal Agarwal Memorial School—left the car mangled, trapping its occupants inside. Local residents, hearing cries for help, joined forces with the police to rescue the individuals.
Upon arrival at the community health center, two men were declared dead, while two others were transferred to a medical college in Orai due to severe injuries. The incident highlights the peril of speeding and has sent shockwaves through the community.
