The discussions were led by Prime Ministers Narendra Modi and Rob Jetten amid shifting global geopolitics.
The leaders voiced their concerns over West Asia's unstable situation and its impact on global energy and trade networks. They called for unrestricted navigation through the Strait of Hormuz, a crucial maritime corridor for global energy supplies.
Additionally, Modi and Jetten focused on the Ukraine conflict, promoting peace through dialogue and diplomacy. Both countries revealed plans for an 'India-Netherlands roadmap' aiming to boost trade, invest in green hydrogen technology, and enhance collaboration in various sectors including semiconductors and international trade dynamics.
