Prime Minister Narendra Modi has urged Swedish companies to expand their involvement across multiple industries in India, namely manufacturing, green hydrogen, and digital infrastructure. Speaking at the European Round Table for Industry, Modi presented a vision for India as a hub for innovation and global collaboration.
Highlighting India's rapid economic development, Modi emphasized the country's robust reform trajectory and called on European firms to integrate into India's industrial projects. He underscored the potential for innovation and technology collaborations between India and Sweden, grounded in their shared values of transparency and sustainability.
The Prime Minister also emphasized the importance of strategic relations with the EU, celebrating the conclusion of the India-EU Free Trade Agreement. Modi invited more European businesses to participate in India's growth, promoting his vision of 'Design for India, Make in India, and Export from India.'
