Automobile components and systems maker Ask Automotive on Tuesday reported a 24.2 per cent rise in consolidated profit after tax (PAT) to Rs 72 crore for the March quarter.

The company's consolidated PAT in the fourth quarter of FY2024-25 was Rs 58 crore, Ask Automotive said in a statement.

Its total income for the reporting quarter jumped 35.3 per cent to Rs 1,154 crore from Rs 853 crore in Q4 FY25, the company said.

The Gurugram-headquartered Ask Automotive is into the manufacturing and supply of brake shoes and braking systems for two-wheelers.

The company said that revenue from the advanced braking systems business vertical grew by 32 per cent during the March quarter, and income from aluminium light-weighting precision solutions surged 47 per cent.

The company's safety control cables revenue grew by over 26 per cent, it said, adding that export revenues were Rs 41 crore against Rs 39 crore in Q4 last year.

For 2025-26, the company said PAT climbed 21.2 per cent to Rs 297 crore against Rs 248 crore a year earlier, and revenue surged 16.2 per cent to Rs 4,196 crore from Rs 3,613 crore in FY25.

The company also said its mega manufacturing facility at Karoli (Rajasthan) is ramping up fast, and the new Bangalore facility is nearing its optimum utilisation.

The improved economies of scale and operational efficiencies are benefiting the company in delivering better performance, it said, adding that the company's second captive solar plant in Rajasthan is expected to be operationalised in the second quarter of the current fiscal.
