Indian aviation experts will attend the Low Cost Air Carriers Summit (LCC) to be held in Shanghai on May 21–22.

Indian Consulate General in Shanghai Pratik Mathur met with aviation experts Kamal Hingorani, Chief Customer Officer of SpiceJet, and Prof. Sandeep Bahl, Lead Advisor for Asia Aviation, and discussed recent developments in the aviation sector across Asia.

They also discussed opportunities for regional cooperation and India's expanding role in global civil aviation, a press release from the Consulate said.

The Summit is expected to bring together aviation industry leaders, airline executives, policymakers, airport operators, aircraft manufacturers, leasing firms, logistics providers, and experts from across the Asia-Pacific region to deliberate on emerging trends and opportunities in the low-cost aviation ecosystem.
