Total income fell to Rs 163.53 crore during the fourth quarter of 2025-26 fiscal year from Rs 174.14 crore a year ago, according to a regulatory filing on Wednesday.
During 2025-26 fiscal, the company's profit slipped to Rs 96.44 crore from 110.49 crore in the preceding year. Total income fell to Rs 584.47 crore from Rs 736.11 crore.
The board also approved a proposal to raise funds by way of issuance of debt securities on private placement basis up to Rs 300 crore.
