Congress leader Rahul Gandhi is set to visit Bihar this week to launch 'Shiksha Nyay Samvad', a public initiative aimed at reforming the state's struggling education sector, according to party insiders.
Announced by Kanhaiya Kumar, national head of Congress' NSUI, the outreach program will kick off with Gandhi's visit to Darbhanga on May 15, where over 60 Congress leaders will engage across the state.
The drive seeks to gather student feedback on issues like delayed academic calendars and protest clampdowns, hoping to form a 'Nyay Patra' of commitments. The initiative comes as Bihar, governed by a BJP-led coalition, nears assembly elections.
