Delhi Technological University (DTU) welcomed its new undergraduate batch in an orientation ceremony attended virtually by Delhi Education Minister Ashish Sood. He congratulated students on joining the prestigious institution and urged them to contribute meaningfully to society through sustainable innovations.
Sood highlighted the importance of participating in the Swachhta Abhiyan and called for students to identify research-driven solutions to address Delhi's urban challenges. He encouraged students to align their educational journey with the Sustainable Development Goals.
The event featured traditional ceremonies, including a lamp lighting by Karnal Singh, former Enforcement Directorate chief. DTU also launched the latest edition of DTU Times and premiered a documentary capturing the event's essence.
