Historic First Convocation of AIIMS-Kalyani: A New Era in Medical Education

President Droupadi Murmu made a significant appearance at the first convocation ceremony of AIIMS-Kalyani located in Nadia district, West Bengal, on Wednesday. The prestigious event also saw the participation of prominent figures like Governor C V Ananda Bose and Union Minister Prataprao Jadhav.
The main highlight of the day was the graduation of the pioneering MBBS batch, admitted in 2019, and the Post-Doctoral Certificate Course scholars. The achievements of these students marked a milestone in the institute's educational journey.
Degrees were conferred to 48 MBBS students and nine PDCC students, heralding a new chapter in their medical careers and reinforcing AIIMS-Kalyani's role in shaping healthcare professionals for the future.
