The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has unveiled two major initiatives aimed at transforming educational support for the academic session 2025–26. Titled the Career Guidance Dashboard and the Counseling Hub and Spoke School Model, these projects are designed to bolster career guidance and improve psychosocial well-being among students.
CBSE Chairman Rahul Singh announced the initiatives, emphasizing their potential benefits for both schools and students. He highlighted the importance of evolving these programs with active participation from various stakeholders in the education sector.
The launch included an orientation session where experts detailed how the Career Guidance Dashboard operates, showcasing its user-friendly interface and the resources available to students, teachers, and school leaders. Additionally, there was a session on the architecture and responsibilities involved in the CBSE Counseling Hub and Spoke Model, focusing on its school-level implementations and monitoring strategies.
