Uttar Pradesh and UK Launch Prestigious Scholarship Scheme

The Uttar Pradesh government, in collaboration with the UK, has initiated a scholarship programme providing full financial aid to five students from the state. This agreement, signed on Tuesday, forms a crucial part of the Chevening–Atal Bihari Vajpayee UP Government Scholarship Scheme.
This scheme is designed to equip UP's youth with opportunities for academic and leadership growth on a global scale. Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath emphasized that this programme will give young scholars the international exposure they need to become global leaders.
British High Commissioner to India, Lindy Cameron, highlighted the programme's role in fortifying UK-India relations. She noted that the initiative reflects a deepening bilateral partnership and encourages students to elevate their global standing.
