Delhi University Unveils Admission Schedule for UG Round-II and Spot Admission 2025-26

The University of Delhi has detailed the next steps in its undergraduate admissions process under the Common Seat Allocation System for the 2025-26 academic year. This includes the crucial Round-II stage focusing on the upgradation of supernumerary quotas and a spot admission round.

According to the university's admission branch, the upgraded allocations and specific quota-based seat allotments will be announced at 5 pm on August 22, encompassing categories such as Children/Widows of Armed Forces (CW), Extra-Curricular Activities (ECA), and sports. Candidates must confirm their seats by 4.59 pm on August 23, while verifications by colleges will conclude by 11.59 pm that night. The final date for online fee payment is set for August 24.

Subsequently, a vacancy list will be made public at 5 pm on August 25. Candidates who remain unadmitted as of August 24 can apply for the spot admission round through August 27. Seat allocations for this round will be published on August 28, with seat confirmation due by August 29 and fee submission by August 30. The university emphasized the finality of placements as of August 24 and in the spot round, with no withdrawal or further upgrades possible afterwards.
