CEPT University: A New Era of Innovation and Diversity Begins

CEPT University has inaugurated its Monsoon Semester 2025 by warmly welcoming a fresh group of 290 undergraduate students. This cohort is part of the institution's flagship five-year undergraduate programs, and notably, women make up over 60% of the class. The students, drawn from a staggering 19 states and union territories across India, are enrolling in various programs offered by the university's distinguished faculties.

In a welcoming address, CEPT University's President, Prof. Barjor Mehta, highlighted the importance of respect within the learning community as a bedrock for academic and personal growth. The new batch participated in an orientation session facilitated by key faculty members, including Prof. Samir Shah, that introduced them to CEPT's academic ethos and the distinct pedagogical model of the Foundation Program.

The Foundation Program is central to the first-year experience at CEPT, designed to develop not just technical skills but also collaborative and interdisciplinary learning. This initiative encourages students to engage deeply with their fields and related disciplines, building a solid foundation for future professional endeavors.
