The newly-launched feedback portal by the Staff Selection Commission (SSC) for the Combined Graduate Level Examination (CGLE) 2025 has elicited an enthusiastic response, as approximately 10,000 candidates have shared their experiences just a week after its introduction.
According to SSC officials, about 2,000 individuals encountered technical disruptions during the computer-based test. The commission is meticulously reviewing each report through its regional offices, as confirmed by a statement from the personnel ministry.
If disruptions are ascertained to be legitimate, affected candidates will have the chance to retake the examination, with re-tests planned before September 26. The SSC highlights its dedication to maintaining fairness and transparency in exams and confirms that, as of September 19, no test shifts have been canceled or rescheduled. The CGLE remains one of India's largest recruitment exams, with 7.16 lakh candidates having completed the test so far. The feedback portal introduction is pivotal for making the process more candidate-centric and upholding the system's integrity.
