Rajasthan Governor Haribhau Bagde on Wednesday highlighted the importance of integrating moral values with skill-based education for the holistic development of the nation. Speaking at the Vishvakarma Skills University convocation, Bagde asserted that combining ethics with technical learning enriches the quality of student development.
The governor emphasized the need to curb cheating among students, advocating for nurturing their intellectual abilities alongside moral education. He referenced the National Education Policy 2020, which prioritizes the cultivation of good citizens and ideal behavior, tailored to the Indian context.
During the ceremony, Rajasthan Industries and Commerce Minister Rajyavardhan Singh Rathore encouraged students to maintain a creative approach in their studies and beyond, urging them to expand their learning horizons and apply their skills to enact global change.
