Empowering Tomorrow: Advatix & READ India's Transformative CSR Initiative
Advatix and READ India celebrated a milestone in their CSR initiative, Let's Learn and Grow, which helps bridge the gap between traditional education and modern technology. The program includes digital literacy, infrastructure support, and career readiness, focusing particularly on empowering young women for future opportunities.
Advatix, a GCG company, in collaboration with Rural Education and Development (READ) India, celebrated a significant milestone in their joint Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative, 'Let's Learn and Grow.' The achievement was marked by a ceremony recognizing students who successfully completed the training programs set to bridge educational gaps.
The initiative targets closing the gap between traditional education and the fast-evolving world of technology. Advatix has equipped students with books, computers, and established a community library. Their proprietary system, Advatix Vidya™, facilitates learning from basic digital literacy to advanced, job-oriented skills.
A key feature is the Technology Empowering Girls (TeG) initiative, aimed at elevating digital skills among young women for employment readiness. The program also includes sessions on soft skills, health, and career guidance, giving students exposure to professional environments through office visits.
