Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann sharply criticized the central government for the recent NEET 2026 paper leak scandal. He attributed the recurring issue to BJP's 'double-engine' and 'triple-engine' governments, leading to the cancellation of the examination and leaving countless students disappointed.

He highlighted that despite multiple arrests and CBI inquiries following similar incidents in previous years, the responsible parties often secure bail quickly. Mann emphasized the impact on students who invest efforts in preparing for these examinations, only to face repeated letdowns.

Adding to his criticism, Mann urged Prime Minister Narendra Modi to disclose the state of the country's resources while condemning unnecessary restrictions imposed on citizens. Meanwhile, Mann continues to support anti-drug initiatives in Punjab and boost morale by supporting the Punjab Kings in their IPL endeavors.
